General T & C:
There may be a slight difference in color due to different monitor resolutions
Do note that all dolls are handmade, therefore you have to be willing to wait. Depending on the difficulty of the doll.

Ordering of items:
Fill up the order form accordingly.
Invoice will be sent to you within two days.
Transfer the amount to us within two days.
We will then send u confirmation email after receiving your payment.
Payment:
Payment via bank transfer/concealed cash(not responsible for loss)
Orders will be processed only upon payment
NO refunds are allowed after i start making the doll
Collection of items:
Collection via meet ups only(to prevent dolls from crushing)
Meet ups to my convenience(west) FOC
Other areas may have to pay unless i am at that area that day

Here are the colors I have on hand now. But you can request for any colors that you like. I will try to find it for you. Remember these are the colors for the basic body.
Basically, the safe colors for basic body are
-white
-beige
-pink
-yellow
These are the colors I have on hand now. But there are actually no restrictions for hair colors. So use your imagination!
Ribbons are used for dolls clothes and accessories. These are the ones I have on hand now. Request for any color that you want. I will try to get it for you. =)

For full customisation:
Step 1: Find a picture of your desired hairstyle
Step 2: Find a picture of your desired clothes
Step 3: Add in a little of your thoughts(optional)
Step 4: Using the ordering format, email me with both pictures attached
Step 5: Wait for my invoice(I will tell you how long I will take to do up the doll)
Step 6: Payment
Step 7: Wait for the doll to be born!
